Sonitrol has been very service oriented toward all our access and alarm needs at Saint Ursula Academy.

One of the main services Sonitrol did for us was to do an audit of the alarm contact points.  After many years and changes to the buildings, our descriptions of alarm point locations were no longer accurate.  Some of the wires connected to our windows had been cut or deteriorated over the years and no longer worked.  Sonitrol’s service technicians walked through and tested every point as we updated the location descriptions.  We found building areas on campus were not covered by the alarm system.  Sonitrol installed motion sensors and tied them in with our system.  The installation process of running wires, installing the sensors, drilling holes in our 100 year old parlor wooden parlor walls was done professionally. The audit was a time consuming process and it took a couple of service technicians and office support, but we did not get an invoice for these services.

Central station is always helpful when we need to add or delete access and alarm codes.  When we have alarm calls in the middle of the night, personnel are knowledgeable and courteous, providing accurate information on location of alarm and whether it is a motion or door contact, so that I can make an informed decision before sending the police.

Your service department is very responsive and personnel are knowledgeable and professional, getting the work done in a timely manner.

I have been at Grace Baptist Church for 44 + years.  Many years ago we had problems with our church sound system being stolen every time we turned around.  We sought out Sonitrol and had it installed.  Our equipment has not been stolen since.  Then a few weeks back we had an intruder break a back Sunday School Classroom window and get into our church. On Tuesday 3/23/10 the David Hirschberg Steel Company was broken into at approximately 11:20pm...

The thieves broke into a window located in the offices even though we take extra precaution by putting guarding over the office windows, this didn't stop them, they were armed with tools to get by the guarding break a window and get into the office area.

Our place of business is protected by Sonitrol and a camera surveillance system installed by Midwest Design Computers. With the help of both these systems the break in was immediately discovered by Sonitrol and the call was placed to the police and one of the owners within minutes.

Because the camera surveillance system is designed to monitor online from home, during the time the thieves were on the property the owner watching from home was able to communicate to Sonitrol just where they were located on the property and that information was relayed to the police making the capture of the thieves go very smooth while keeping our local police officers a little safer in the process.
