    If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your Sonitrol service during the first 6 months after installation, Sonitrol will refund any money you have paid for the service and remove our equipment from your premises. This guarantee applies only to Sonitrol audio activated intrusion systems.
  • SERVICE GUARANTEE
    If your system requires emergency service, Sonitrol guarantees the arrival of a service technician, on-site, the same day of your request.
  • FALSE ALARM PROTECTION GUARANTEE
    If you receive a fine for a false alarm that was dispatched in error by Sonitrol and caused solely by Sonitrol's audio detection system and not by your personnel, the telephone company or an Act of God, Sonitrol will pay the fine.
